How do I change the brightness?
Simply press the button on the rear of your glowcose for 5 different brightness settings.
How many devices can I use with one account?
There really is no limit. You can use them anywhere, anytime, anywhere in the world, and all at once.
How do I reset my glowcose?
Simple unplug the USB cable, press and hold the button on the back of your device while you reinsert the USB cable. Keep holding the button until you see a red light. After that, the device is returned to it's factory settings.
How often does the color update?
Glowcose updates every 5 minutes to follow along with your current CGM reading.
How do I clear my Wi-Fi settings?
Follow the instructions above on how to 'reset' your device.
Will I have to connect to Wi-Fi every time it's unplugged?
No, your glowcose will remember your Wi-Fi information so feel free to move it around your home to wherever you like them best!
Connecting to the "GLOWCOSE" network doesn't work.
If you're having trouble getting the UI to open, once the "GLOWCOSE" network is selected for pairing, point your web browser to "192.168.4.1" to jump-start the UI screen.
My glowcose flashes green but then turns yellow?
In the case your device immediately turns yellow, this is an indication your 'device connection code' is incorrect. Visit the web app and double check you have the correct code.
