How do I change the brightness?
Just press the button on the rear of your glowcose for 5 different brightness settings.
How many colors are there?
Hundreds of color settings! Glowcose follows the 'degrees of hue' from red for lows, up to a pinkish-purple for highs. It's surprisingly intuitive in very little time.
How many can I use?
There really is no limit. You can use them anywhere, anytime, anywhere in the world, and all at once.
Does it work with my CGM?
It's quite likely. Dexcom G series (6,7) and Libre 2/3 series are supported. For other devices, we support connection with your Nightscout instance if you use one. In other words, if you have cloud data, there is a very good chance you can get it to work. If you need a hand or have some specific questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
How often does it update?
Glowcose updates every few minutes to follow along with your current CGM reading.
do i have to reconnect to wi-fi every time it's unplugged?
No, your glowcose will remember your Wi-Fi information so feel free to move it around your home to wherever you like them best!
Troubleshooting
how do i reset my glowcose?
Unplug the USB cable, press and hold the button on the back of your device while you reinsert the USB cable. Keep holding the button until you see a red light. After that, the device is returned to it's factory settings.
I can't connect to the "glowcose" network
If you're having trouble getting the UI to open, once the "GLOWCOSE" network is selected for pairing, point your web browser to "192.168.4.1" to jump-start the UI screen.
my glowcose is pulsing yellow, what gives?
In the case your device immediately turns yellow, this is an indication your 'device connection code' is incorrect. Visit www.glowcose.io and double check you have the correct code.
