- Ground shipping is calculated at checkout and generally arrives within 4 to 8 business days
- Express shipping is calculated at checkout and generally arrives within within 3-4 business days
- International shipping is calculated at checkout. International shipping times vary greatly. Additional duties might be required for your country upon delivery.
- International shipping carrier might be adjusted for fastest delivery and lowest tariff cost.

Returns
- The standard return window is 90 days from delivery
- Items should be in their original, unused condition.

Refunds are typically processed after the item is received and inspected. We do not credit the order shipping cost.
- Defective products will be honored under our warranty but diagnosis is required. Products that are not defective upon return do not credit shipping.
